The transport fee is covered by customer account.
When filling out the return form, choose one of the options to return the paid amount.
In the case of previous online payment, the refund will be made using the same payment method/bank card you used for the original transaction.
In the case of cash payment, the amount will be refunded to the account you specify.

What conditions must the product meet?

General conditions for returning products that apply to all categories
Products offered by Börner.hr can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, regardless of whether it is a physical or legal feature. For the form to be valid, it must be completed within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
All returned goods must be in the same condition as when delivered. Goods repaired by an unauthorized person or damaged, goods with damaged and incomplete packaging, with signs of use, scratches and marks from impacts will not be accepted. Products without all accessories with which they were delivered will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by undamaged labels and all documentation with which the product was delivered.
