Homemade cream cheese

Crispy bread with a fresh cheese spread, plus cucumbers, tomatoes or zucchini. This is not only a delicious breakfast, but can also be served as a snack or dinner.

It tastes even better with homemade cheese. Our practical cheesemaker will help you with this , with which you can easily produce your own cheese variations within a very short time!
Needed:
Cow, sheep, goat, lactose-free, soy or almond milk (unsweetened) ⠀
a microwave / or commercial pot⠀
a coagulant such as lemon juice or vinegar⠀
Spices & herbs and other ingredients as you like

Preparation:
The milk is first heated, then curdled with the coagulant and then poured into the Borner Cheesemaker. If you prefer to enjoy the cheese cold, you can put it in the fridge to firm up afterwards.
And that’s it!
Cheese is a treat on its own on bread. But it is also suitable as a base for honey and jam, for dips, for gratinating or as a filling for antipasti.⠀
