Pour the milk into the multimaker, close the lid and microwave at 80 °C for 10-15 minutes (700W). Then add the vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and place the Multimaker in the microwave for 10 minutes. Place the Cheesemaker in the Multimaker and leave both in the fridge for 1 to 8 hours to allow the cheese to drain.
Prepare the dessert at the same time.⠀

Add the wine, granulated sugar and dried fruits cut into small pieces in a pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the mixture thickens.⠀
Then pour the cream and the icing sugar into the multimaker and beat with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes whipped cream.⠀
Add the chopped cheese and beat the mixture for another 1 minute.⠀
Ready to serve!⠀
Put the crumbled biscuits in small bowls or glass dishes, then add the cheese mixture and finally pour the dried fruit sauce over the top.⠀
