The Vital is the further development of the Börner V5 mandolin. Thanks to its innovative dressing roll, the Vital multi-grater not only enables slices to be cut in four different thicknesses, but can also supply the vegetables with dressing at the same time, so that the finished salad, including the optimal amount of dressing, ends up in the bowl. Thanks to the even greater time savings and the perfectly dosed amount of dressing, the Vital Mandolin is an absolute all-rounder.
The handling of the multi-grater is extremely easy due to the incremental adjustment of the slice thickness. To add the dressing, simply fill the dressing into the cartridge provided, close it and start slicing!
For example, you can use the multi-grater to prepare delicious cucumber salad or delicious carpaccio made from tomatoes or beetroot.
An additional further development of the handle enables even more comfortable handling thanks to a rubber cover.
