The original Borner V6 ExclusiveLine Stainless Steel Slicer is the stainless steel version of our popular Börner V3. The V6 vegetable slicer is particularly impressive due to its extreme durability, due to the high-quality material made of brushed stainless steel!
Whether thick, thin or wafer-thin slices, fine strips (julienne) or coarse sticks (French fries), there are many options. By cutting the fruit with a knife beforehand, you get thick cubes for e.g. B. Soups and stews. The elegant look in brushed stainless steel underlines the functional and modern design of the professional vegetable slicer.
The first-class vegetable cutter is particularly durable and stands out from the other models.
The set consists of the stainless steel frame, a disc insert, the 3.5 mm knife insert and 7 mm knife insert and the safety insert, which serves as blade protection on the one hand and as an insert for medium thickness slices when turning. The scope of delivery also includes the transparent multibox in which all parts of the V6 stainless steel vegetable cutter can be stored in a space-saving and decorative manner.
We always recommend using the Börner safety fruit holder provided. A 1.6 mm and 10 mm knife insert is also available as additional accessories. The slicer and the safety fruit holder can be stored safely in the matching slider box.
