Finally, it is no longer necessary to invest a great deal of time in order to eat healthily. Thanks to the micro-fine, ground stainless steel blades, the mandolin manages to process even the hardest fruit and vegetables. Whether slices, cubes or strips, the versatility and perfect cutting results will amaze you!
The mandolin not only allows you super easy preparation, but also saves you a lot of time and effort when cooking. With the slice insert, you can slice slices in 4 different thicknesses. Whether for cucumber salad, carpaccio or lemon slices, the right thickness can be set precisely.
You can swap trays by simply pressing the button on the side of the slicer. The 3.5 mm and 7 mm knife inserts allow you to cut fine cubes and strips of different thicknesses. This cutting setting is perfect for diced onions or the preparation of vegetable pans and raw vegetable salads.
The V5 PowerLine Special Set is the only slicer that can slice into cubes without first slicing the vegetables!

The original Borner collection tray with its shapely design and especially developed for the V-Slicer PowerLine guarantees a perfect and secure fit for the slicer. Cut materials are caught in the tray and salads are easily prepared.
The additional sieve serves as a strainer for freshly washed salad leaves, fruit etc.
