Description
The original Borner 4,5mm blade insert that comes as an accessory to the Borner V-slicer V1 ClassicLine, V3 Trendline and V6 ExclusiveLine. It allows you to cut fine, so called “julienne strips” and cubes out of solid fruit and vegetables.
Additional inserts with 1,6mmm and 10mm give you even more choices when it comes to cutting your fruit and vegetables. With the 1.6mm blade insert you can cut up very fine “julienne strips” from firm fruit and vegetables. Using the 4,5mm blade insert you obtain an intermediate between the two standard inserts. The 10mm insert is ideal for achieving a perfect cut for your French fries. If need to cut thick cubes for the preparation of soups and stews, we recommend cutting into the fruit beforehand. For safe storage, we recommend the practical slide-box. After use, simply clean under running water.
